RESTORE Package
The RESTORE Package is a 5 month 1-on-1 health coaching program that finds the root cause(s) to your health concerns and other chronic symptoms.
We will focus on nourishing the body and healing the gut.
By the end of the five months, you will feel good and empowered by knowing how to best take care of your body.

Month One
The Prep Phase:
You will work through a thorough, self-paced course that focuses on diet, rest, exercise, and stress reduction
In this month, we will collect data through:
In-depth lifestyle and medical history forms and functional lab testing
Log food/meals for at least two weeks

Month Two
The Support Phase:
We will start to have bi-weekly calls to dive deep into your lab results, intake forms and current progress
I dedicate hours analyzing your lab results to create a personalized protocol that addresses the underlying imbalances found in the lab results as well as specific recommendations on diet, rest, exercise, reducing toxin exposure and targeted supplementation
You will feel confident in knowing how to best fuel your body with proper nutrition and have the tools to decrease stress and reduce toxins

Month Three + Month Four
The Balance Phase:
This is where the fun begins!
You will implement the protocol and month-by-month supplement guide to address the underlying stressors found in the lab results and restore balance
We will continue to meet biweekly to celebrate wins and course correct as needed

Month Five
The Maintenance Phase:
This phase is important in determining next steps in your protocol to continue to support your healing moving forward.
We will determine which diet recommendations, therapies, and supplements to continue, and what lab tests to run to continue to go deeper
You should feel empowered and supported in your healing journey, and know exactly what to do moving forward after our final call
